How much does a website cost?

The cost of a website does depend on many factors - are we building a tent or a new runway at Heathrow? And as the scale of the project increases, so does the cost.

For this level of investment we would offer an entry level website (based on one of our in-house, tailorable styles). Such a solution is suited to businesses with limited budgets. Clients who start at this level for a first-time website usually move on to the next levels when they see the extra value that they can add to their business.

With this level of investment we have the scope to spend much more time with you - getting to know your business and allowing you to fully benefit from our 10 years' expertise; helping your business to really take on the Internet. This level of solution will allow for bespoke design, search engine optimisation, Internet strategy planning, and more.

This level is ideal for clients who require larger, more complex websites or who may additionally require branding work. For branding, we work hand in hand with the hugely talented Autografik (please see this case study for a recent example a joint project).

These solutions will involve a strong element of consultancy to craft an online user experience that focuses on delivering results (people have a short attention online - every second counts). Furthermore, solutions of this level may also include elements of email marketing, copy writing, bespoke photography, staff training, etc - the exact mix will depend on what is right for you & your business.

£10K+

This level of solution is aimed at clients looking to develop highly complex websites which require a much larger element of consultancy, specification work, and technical development time. Such projects work though various phases (e.g. requirements gathering, designing, building, testing), helping to ensure that your requirements are not only met but exceeded.

Projects of this scale may also involve other deliverables including email marketing, online advertising, social media, and training, etc - using our expertise to help craft & create an online strategy designed from the ground up to meet your needs.

www.scenenomad.com (a bespoke event driven website) and www.learningproviders.org.uk (a bespoke news-centric website with a strong members-only concept) are examples of the type of solutions available when this level of investment is considered.
