Alison Love

When Alison first approached my company it was specifically for the website element. However, I could tell that (even more so than usual) it was essential that proper branding be put in place first; I always feel that brand is the bedrock of good web design. Alison took this advice and I partnered (as usual) with the very talented Russell Britton from Autografik who worked on the branding element.

Once the branding was in place we were better situated to focus on the website. Alison's site is very much about bringing to the foreground her wealth of experience as well highlighting the services she can offer. The website is clean, clear and simple to navigate; people have short attention spans nowadays so we have to be mindful of that.

Blogging

When I work with clients I feel it is an essential part of my job that I am always on the look out for additional opportunties which can benefit them (after all, I am an Internet Strategist!). With Alison it quickly became obvious that her vast knowledge of her subject matter and her willingness to write meant that blogging was an ideal option for her business. We therefore set up, branded and integrated a blog into the main website and I provided Alison with hands on training as to how to use the powerful Wordpress platform.
